Mia Kapadia is a great agent and a dedicated person. She values her clients and Likes to please them as she markets their properties or try to find a quality property for them. She is approachable and works hard for the benefit of her clients. She uses all the tools in her box and professional skills will clarity and diligence. She reaches people by phone, text and email to communicate her progress for the seller and the buyer. I experienced this when she listed and sold our property in half-moon Bay Area. I recommend her highly and wish her all success.

Do not fall for any of the positive reviews. I'm quite shocked why no one has reported her awful behavior.I interacted with Mita very briefly over a rental listing and hands down it was one of the most frustrating and uncertain ones I've ever had.She treats you like an object, has no empathy, does not reply to any specific emails, does not pick up your calls, and is very entitled with an awful attitude. You have to contact her through a bazillion different methods just to receive a very cold reply somewhere. Once, she told me "I have many meetings back to back and can't pick up your calls 24/7". Then when I asked when she'd have an update on the application, she said "If you didn't hear from us, it means you are rejected!". If you have such an attitude and are so entitled to talk to people like that, you are not qualified to be in this job. If you're busy, do not take new listings; if you take a new listing, do not hold a grudge for doing your absolute minimum responsibility!The cherry on the top is she only accepts applications over email, like we are living in the 90s. She asks for sensitive documents and wants them as an attachment to an email.I do not recommend her for anything real estate related.

We are so grateful for Mita. She helped my family and I empty, repair, and rent out my parents house. She was incredibly professional, thorough, and timely. The details of each project were communicated clearly to us. With any questions she’d get back to me very quickly with an answer if she didn’t have it. It took so much stress off of us to know she was coordinating everything and that we could trust her. She negotiated prices with contractors for us and was able to get us better deals when she felt estimates were too high. The tenant she found for us has been a great fit and we’ve had no issues! We would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

As an out of town seller I had to rely on Mita and her team for a great deal of support which I would consider to be "above and beyond" the job of a real estate agent. She was amazingly helpful and detailed oriented. She checked on the property regularly. We had a deal fall through and I think she was more disappointed than I was. She cares. It makes all the difference.

Mita is a fantastic realtor. She listed my rental property and found a wonderful tenant for it. Mita is professional and knowledgeable, and she has great intuition. She is also accommodating and makes herself available, even during non-business hours. I will definitely call Mita for future real estate needs.
